Vegetable and beef stir-fry

Chop CARROT, BROCOLLI, CABBAGE & SHITAKE MUSHROOM into small bits.

Chop BEEF into small bits, you can use mince beef if you want but they clump together when fried.

For taste use vegetarian mushroom sauce.

Put about 2 tablespoons of oil in wok and heat.

Add 1 teaspoon chopped garlic and fry till golden brown.

Add beef and fry till beef is 80% cooked.

Throw in chopped vegetables and stir fry till 50% cooked.

Add mushroom sauce, approximately 1 table spoon and mix well.

Add water and simmer till vegetables are soft.

Pre-cook the rice before you start chopping the vegetables and beef.

Pour vegetable and beef over the rice.
