In a great great hurry Vitamin ABC lunch

Put frozen stock into pot and heat till it boils.

1 small potato, 1 small carrot and 1 corn on a cob.

Dice carrot and potato into 1 cm cube.

Cut corn.

Minced beef.

Throw everything into boiling stock and simmer at low heat till everything is soft and cooked.

Pre cook rice before chopping the vegetables.

Pour soup over rice.


Letitia's verdict: 7/10 (because she loves corn and carrot)
Mummy's verdict: So easy to make nothing can go wrong. Not the most pretty looking meal but at contains vit A, B, C and Iron. Preparation 5-8 minutes. After that you can go and put make up on your face and get dressed. It will be ready to eat when you are done.
