Fish Patty

Finely chop French Beans or Long Beans.

Fine chop Cilantro or Coriander.

Finely chop Spring Onions.

Finely chop 1 Red Capsicum.


Red Snapper fillet. Minced in processor or hand minced. Add Fish Sauce to season.


Minced Garlic.


Add all the above ingredients into a dish with 1 cup Plain flour and 2 eggs (beaten)

Mix well.

Shape into patties and pan fry.

Serve with Chilli sauce or ketchup.


Letitia's Verdict: 9/10 (she ate almost 3 patties)
Mummy's verdict: A lot of work involved, but adults love it too. So make more at a time to make the effort worth it. I ate 5 patties.
