
Cut score lines on both sides of the White Pomfret. This will help it cook quickly.

Cilantro, Spring Onion, Ginger, Garlic.

Place spring onions and ginger slices on pomfret and add chicken stock. Steam for 10 minutes. This really depends on the size of your fish.

We are using prepacked sauce. Just follow instructions.

Bring sauce to boil and pour over cooked promfret. Remember to garnish with cilantro (coriander), garlic, and ginger stripes before pouring the sauce over.
