This is for the sauce. Chicken stock, few drops fish sauce, few drops light soya sauce, 1 tablespoon corn flour, 1/2 teaspoon sugar
You can use any green vegetables. I have spinach and green capsicum so that's what I am using.

Poach the Kway Teow (flat rice noodles) in a boiling water for a couple of minutes and drain.

In a sauce pan add oil and fry lightly chopped garlic and ginger.

Add the greens and fry till 90% cooked.

Add sliced fish and fry till 90% cooked.


Letitia's verdict: 6.5/10 (she will eat it if you feed her, ate most of it)
Mummy's verdict: Time taken 15 minutes. Good alternative to rice.
