Salmon steak and Mashed potatoes

Cut potatoes into disc and boil in water.

slice carrots into chip size.
Boil carrots till soft.
Drain potatoes.
In a bowl mash potatoes with butter and milk till smooth.

It should look something like this.

Salmon steak's have bones. Not many and they are rather long. You can feel them with your fingers, remove all bones.

Pan fry salmon with olive oil and butter.

Flip over after a couple of minutes. It needs to be cooked at very low heat so that it is thoroughly cooked.

Serve salmon with mashed potatoes and carrot sticks.

Mummy's verdict: A little expensive for 1 meal, but really easy to make.
