1 small carrot finely sliced.
I brocolli.
Do not throw out the stem. Trim off the rough edges and finely slice.
Remove the shell of the shrimp, de-vein and cut into bite size pieces.
Add oil and garlic to wok when the garlic turns golden brown add the carrot and borcolli stem. Fry till soft.
Add the "top" of the brocolli and fry till it starts to change colour.
Add the shrimps.
Fry till the shrimp is 70% cook add 1/2 cupwater, 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce and 1 teaspoon dark soya sauce. Simmer till soft.
Done!
Letitia's Verdict: 8/10 ( Her all time favourite)
Mummy's verdict: Simple enough to make. Adults can eat it too.
